What's Your Favorite?

I'm sure you've all noticed my absence recently, and I'm terribly sorry for it!  I wish I could blame it all on college finals, but I had a family emergency that stopped my creative thoughts for awhile!  I'm back, though, and I'm on break so I'll be able to post more often than usual.  I also hope to catch-up on reading some of my favorite blogs again.  I've really failed recently, but I'm ready to put my best foot forward during my month break.

To start it all off, I've decided to catch all of you up on some of my recent favorites!  The hope is to do this on a regular basis, but we all know how good I am at commitment!

Favorite Book: Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

I read this book a good month ago, but I keep finding myself opening it up again to reread my favorite parts.  I'm not as introverted as the main character, but there are a lot of similarities that made me connect to her immediately.  Another fun fact?  The story is set in the same state I go to school in!

Favorite Movie: Divergent

This movie hasn't even come out yet and I'm already freaking out!  Seriously though, this book series has created an obsession that has gotten out of hand.  I've reread the books almost three times, and I've watched the movie trailer about 10 (thousand) times.  If you haven't read the books, then you need to hop on this boat and fangirl with me!

Favorite Song: Midnight Memories by One Direction

I was quite surprised to find that I enjoyed One Direction's new album.  My obsession with them has lowered considerably, but I'm happy to say that I'm still a huge fan of their music.

Favorite Activity: Rollerblading

For some unknown reason, "rollerblading in Chicago" is on my bucket list.  Since we're in the early stages of planning for our spring break trip to Chicago, my roommate and I decided to purchase rollerblades before it got too cold outside.  We've only got to practice once, but we're ready for when spring break comes around.

Favorite Fashion Piece: Thick Headbands

Last year I stole my roommate's thick headbands all the time, so I finally purchased my own.  With my crazy hair; the thicker the headband, the better.

What are some of your recent favorites?
